Osteophytes, also called bone spurs, are outgrowths of bone that develop along the edges of bones. They often form next to joints affected by osteoarthritis and are found in your back, spine or knee.
By far, the most common cause of osteophytes is osteoarthritis. It is developed by long-term wear and tear on your joints. However, osteophytes may begin earlier if joints are damaged by sports injuries, accidents, or other causes.
If your osteophytes have only mild pain, your doctor may suggest taking painkillers. Whereas, if your condition is pressing on a nerve or obviously limiting your range of motion, you may need to take surgical treatment.

Welcome to listen to this frequency and share it with your friends and family.
We suggest listening to this at least 2-3 times a day to see a possible effect. And it depends on your needs and personal situation to choose the volume level. We recommend maintaining a moderate volume at a comfortable level to prevent any hearing injury. Make sure you have enough lemon water or pure water to flush the die-offs from your body.
